Order your equipment

1 Payment

• Direct payments: Unless varied in writing by COPYBOX, the deposit shall be payable on the date of order, and the balance shall be payable upon delivery of the equipment.
• In the event that payment is not received by COPYBOX in full on the due date, interest will accrue on any outstanding sums at the rate of 5% per month until full payment is received by COPYBOX.
• In addition to interest accruing as provided above, in the event of any payment made to COPYBOX being returned to COPYBOX's bankers unpaid, COPYBOX will charge an administration fee of £150 plus VAT.
• For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that COPYBOX waives the requirement for payment of a deposit on the date of order, this shall in no way reduce the contractual obligations of the parties hereto.
• Paying by credit & leasing facilities: If the customer is arranging finance through a leasing company for the rental of the equipment, the equipment will remain the property of COPYBOX until the leasing company provides a confirmed finance facility for the equipment. If the leasing company refuses finance, COPYBOX may, at its sole discretion, either offer a credit facility to the customer or collect the equipment.
• Should COPYBOX offer a credit facility, the customer remains liable for all outstanding amounts. In the event that finance is refused and a credit facility is offered, the customer must settle any outstanding payments per the terms of this agreement. COPYBOX reserves the right to collect the equipment if payment is not made in accordance with the agreed terms.

2 Delivery of Service

• Delivery and service dates are quoted to the best of COPYBOX's knowledge and belief. However, they are given without commitment, and COPYBOX shall only be required to deliver the equipment to the customer within a reasonable time. COPYBOX may waive any obligations to deliver the equipment if prevented from doing so by events outside their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, states of emergency, interruption of traffic, strikes, lockouts, shortages of material, labor, vehicles, energy, or power.

3 Retention of Title

• Until all monies due to COPYBOX by the customer under this contract or any other are paid in full, the equipment referred to overleaf shall remain the unrestricted property of COPYBOX.
• The risk in the equipment shall pass to the customer upon delivery, and the customer is bound to store, maintain, and insure all equipment at its own cost.
• The customer shall not allow the equipment to leave the delivery address without the consent of COPYBOX and shall at no time attempt to transfer the title of the equipment to any third party.
• The customer hereby irrevocably grants authority to COPYBOX to enter the customer's property at any time in order to remove any equipment belonging to COPYBOX. COPYBOX may act as the customer's agent in dealing with the removal of such equipment.

4 Cancellation

• In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order prior to delivery, the customer shall pay the outstanding order price in full to COPYBOX upon notice of cancellation.

5 Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which COPYBOX is based. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
